• Cooling-off period : the period within which consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal; it is 30 days . You can return your product during the withdrawal period, provided it is unopened and unused.

    Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries. You can return the items to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition. Cosmetic items can only be returned if they are unopened.

    Once we receive the returned products, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items that have obviously been used, opened, or are no longer in their original condition.

    Request for return

    Request the return form from our customer service. Complete the return form and send it, along with a photo of the products you wish to return, to info@Nole-cosmetics.com. Once the return form has been approved, ensure your return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions listed below. Clearly mark "Return" on the outer packaging of your parcel. Use an insured tracking service to ensure the package arrives safely. Send another email with the tracking information to info@Nole-cosmetics.com.

    Return policy and guidelines:

    • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Hygiene products are excluded from exchange or return.
    • You are responsible for the costs of returning the items.
    • Please ensure that all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during transport.
    • Send your return package using a trackable and insured service to avoid loss or damage.
    • Promotional products and/or empty sales cannot be returned.

    Easy returns in three steps:

    1. Request the return form via the contact form. Include your order number, your email address, and the reason for the return.
    2. Send your order, along with the completed return form, to the address indicated on the return form. To avoid any misunderstandings, please ensure the package has a tracking number.
    3. Once we have received the package, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account within five working days.

    Important note: Please be aware that we do not reimburse return shipping costs. This means you will have to pay approximately €5.95 yourself. These costs will not be reimbursed by us.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You can use the sample cancellation form below , but this is not mandatory.

3. Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

4. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods were damaged, defective or did not correspond to the goods ordered.

5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

  • Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened cosmetic products, perfumes, creams, etc.),

  • Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs,

  • digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier once the performance of the contract has begun.

6. Return Policy

  • Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging .

  • Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with your return.

  • Once your return has been checked and approved, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods, to the original payment method.

7. Damaged or incorrect products

If an item is damaged or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
We will then arrange a free exchange or refund.
